  • Collect medical certificates
  • Obtain Cremation Permit
  • Supply Funeral Gown
  • Delivery to Crematorium
  • Payment of fee to Crematorium
  • Preparation and lodgement of Death Registration
  • Use of our Blair Athol or Brighton Chapel for 1/2 hour family reflection (numbers attending limited to 15 people)

IDENTIFICATION Someone who knew the deceased needs to
perform formal identification at our premises prior to cremation Mon – Fri 9am -4pm, if no identification certificate provided at time of transfer into our care

Terms of Payment
    • $500 administration fee is added to all accounts but will be deducted in full if payment is made
      within 7 days of cremation
