IDENTIFICATION Someone who knew the deceased needs to perform formal identification at crematorium chapel / venue prior to service if no identification certificate provided at time of transfer into our care.

  • $650 administration fee is added to all accounts but will be deducted in full if payment is made
    within 14 days of cremation
